Privacy Notice
CaboWayne collects no payment information for third-party provider services. The notice below explains what we collect, how it is used, what is shared with independent providers, and how CaboWayne\u2019s own membership payments are processed.
Information we collect
Contact details, destination preferences, customer type, property membership details, request details and the local contacts or property information a member chooses to organize with us.
How it is used
To respond to requests, prepare referral options, maintain member tools such as documents, reminders and referral history, and improve the network.
What is shared with providers
When you ask to be connected with an independent provider, we share only what the provider reasonably needs to respond — typically your name, contact method and the details of your request. Providers are independent businesses and handle your information under their own practices.
Account and authentication data
Your email address, authentication records and session activity are used to create and secure your member account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not visible to CaboWayne staff.
Legal acceptance records
When you accept the Membership Terms & Referral Disclosure and authorize a membership charge, we record that you accepted, the version of the terms accepted, and the date and time. These records are kept for compliance and dispute-handling purposes.
Membership payment information
When live payments are enabled, CaboWayne's own membership fee will be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. That processor handles card details directly; CaboWayne International LLC does not need to and does not store full card numbers. We retain payment transaction metadata such as amount, currency, date, status, the property memberships covered and a processor reference.
Third-party provider payments
CaboWayne International LLC does not collect, hold or process customer funds on behalf of third-party providers and receives no payment information for those services. Provider charges are paid directly by you to the provider under their own payment terms and privacy practices.
Security
Member data is stored with row-level access controls so that each account can reach only its own records, and access is limited to what is needed to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we make no compliance certifications beyond the practices described here.
Retention and choices
Member records are kept for as long as the account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, tax and dispute-handling requirements. Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their member records, subject to those requirements in each operating jurisdiction.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the site plus optional analytics, disclosed with a consent mechanism where applicable law requires one.
