Membership & Referral Disclosure
Written to be read. These terms describe the business model of CaboWayne International LLC: a membership-based information and independent-provider referral service. They are not legal advice.
Who we are and what you are buying
The legal entity providing this service is CaboWayne International LLC. The product purchased is the CaboWayne International Annual Membership: $300 USD per year, per property membership. The membership provides platform access, trusted referral network access, destination information resources, member referral support and your member account and dashboard. It is not stored value, credit, a voucher or a prepaid balance for third-party services, and it cannot be applied to provider charges.
What CaboWayne is not
CaboWayne does not book, reserve, schedule, arrange, purchase or resell third-party services, and provides no property management, real-estate brokerage, leasing, tenant placement, rent collection, contracting, travel agency, travel club, tour operator, reservation or booking service, transportation operator, escrow, payment facilitation or payment aggregation service. Membership is information, digital organization and independent-provider referrals.
Recurring renewal and cancellation
Each property membership is billed annually and, once live recurring billing is enabled, renews annually until canceled. No membership begins and no renewal authorization exists without your affirmative authorization at checkout, given through separate unchecked acceptance and recurring-charge authorization boxes. You may cancel future renewal at any time before the renewal date from your member account or by contacting member support; cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid term.
Refunds
Membership refund and cancellation terms — including the 7-day refund window and duplicate-charge corrections — are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Third-party provider refunds and cancellations are governed solely by that provider's terms, because CaboWayne did not take that payment.
Member responsibilities and acceptable use
Members agree to provide accurate account, property and contact information and to keep it current, to keep their account credentials secure, and to use the platform lawfully. Unlawful use, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, harassment of staff or providers, attempts to access other members' data, scraping or resale of network information, and use of the platform to solicit payments outside the member–provider relationship are prohibited.
Membership scope, suspension and termination
Membership is personal to the account holder and is not transferable or resellable; property memberships are tied to that account and to the specific properties registered under it. CaboWayne may suspend or terminate a membership for misuse, fraud, unlawful activity or breach of these terms. Where a membership is terminated for cause, any refund of a prepaid term is handled consistent with applicable law and the Refund & Cancellation Policy; where CaboWayne terminates without cause, the unused portion of the prepaid term is refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Core terms
- 01CaboWayne International LLC is a membership-based information and independent-provider referral platform for members, residents, second-home owners and property owners.

- 09A referral is an introduction, not a guarantee regarding performance, safety, pricing, availability, insurance, licensing status or quality.
- 10Customers should independently confirm qualifications, licenses, permits, insurance, pricing, cancellation rules and any terms important to them.
- 11To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CaboWayne is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, delays, cancellations, disputes, property damage, or the acts, omissions or negligence arising from independent third-party services.
- 12Membership fees pay for access to CaboWayne's platform, referral network, information resources and member referral support — not for an independent provider's underlying services — and are not stored value, credit or a prepaid service balance.
Independent contractor relationship
Each provider in the CaboWayne network operates its own independent business. Providers are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers or representatives of CaboWayne International LLC unless expressly stated in writing. CaboWayne does not supervise, direct or control the manner in which a provider performs services, does not set provider pricing, and does not guarantee availability.
Licensing, permits and insurance
Where a license, permit, certification, insurance or other governmental authorization is legally required for an underlying service, the independent provider is responsible for obtaining and maintaining what applicable law requires and is expected to be appropriately licensed where required by applicable law. CaboWayne does not represent that every provider holds any particular license, permit, certification or insurance, and does not verify licensing status on a continuous basis. Customers should independently confirm the qualifications, licenses, permits, insurance, pricing, cancellation rules and terms that matter to them before engaging a provider.
Payments
All charges for third-party services are paid directly by the customer to the independent service provider. CaboWayne does not collect, hold, process or receive customer funds on behalf of third-party providers, and does not act as a payment processor, payment facilitator, payment aggregator, escrow agent or collection agent. CaboWayne's own checkout is used only for its membership fee, and CaboWayne never receives settlement proceeds, commissions collected from members, or payment on behalf of any third-party provider through it. The $300 USD annual membership fee is paid to CaboWayne International LLC for platform access, trusted referral network access, destination information resources, member referral support, your member account and dashboard, and related membership benefits. It is not payment or prepayment for any third-party service, and it cannot be applied to provider charges.
Limitation of liability
A referral is an introduction, not a guarantee regarding performance, safety, pricing, availability, insurance, licensing status or quality. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CaboWayne International LLC is not responsible or liable for any losses, damages, injuries, delays, cancellations, disputes, property damage, or the acts, omissions or negligence of independent third-party providers or arising out of third-party services, and CaboWayne's aggregate liability relating to the membership is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to the membership fees paid by the member in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Members retain all rights and remedies that applicable law does not permit to be waived. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.
Disputes with providers
Because the agreement for an underlying service is directly between the customer and the provider, disputes about that service are resolved between those parties. As a member benefit, CaboWayne may try to help facilitate communication, and may remove a provider from the network — but CaboWayne is not a party to that agreement and does not adjudicate, indemnify or underwrite it.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Where a change is material and affects a membership, CaboWayne communicates it to members before it applies to a future renewal, to the extent required by applicable law, so members can cancel future renewal if they do not agree. Each accepted version is recorded with the membership.
Membership acceptance
During onboarding, members are asked to affirmatively check an unchecked box reading: "I have read and agree to the Membership Terms & Referral Disclosure." Acceptance is required before a membership or referral request is submitted.
CaboWayne provides information and independent-provider referrals only. Payment for any underlying service is made directly by the member to the independent provider. See also Privacy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
