CaboWayne International LLC is an online membership platform designed to make it easier for residents, second-home owners and international property owners to find reliable independent local providers — without CaboWayne becoming the direct provider of regulated local services.
Why it exists
Arriving somewhere new — or returning to a home you left three months ago — usually means starting from zero: who to call, who actually shows up, what things should cost. Members told us the hard part was never finding a phone number. It was knowing who to trust.
What we actually are
A membership, a curated referral network and an information library. We are not a property manager, real-estate brokerage, travel agency, travel club, tour operator, reservation or booking service, transportation provider or contractor. We do not perform, book, reserve or sell the underlying services — we introduce you to independent providers you engage directly.
How we stay honest
We take no commission from providers and hold no funds on their behalf. Our only incentive is that the referral works out, so you renew. Members pay us for access; providers are paid by members, directly.

CaboWayne provides membership information and independent-provider referrals only. CaboWayne does not book, reserve, schedule, arrange, purchase or sell any third-party service. Members contact, contract with and pay independent providers directly.
